I was dressed up all sexy and ready to play, and nobody showed up :( (but I had to change the time of this show last minute due to a work meeting). I had such a fun #furfetishfriday anyway, and modeling the fur coats at the end of my closet, including my raccoon furs. I don’t wear my raccoon furs enough!
I will continue going through and trying on every single fur in my closet next time.

I got several new furs in! I had to try them all on and show each and every new fur off in this camshow.
A wealthy elderly lady gave me an authentic vintage mouton from the 1950s. I used this to ID a fur previously labeled as mouton as fake. It sucks to get a bad deal on eBay, and lots of fake furs are mislabeled as mouton. I had previously thought that mouton meant a high quality fake, because the three times I tried to order a mouton fur coat, all three times the fur was fake. The fur misidentified as mouton has a nice hood, though.
I stripped down to my bra and panties and showed off some other furs, including an exotic wool that I forget the name of. I got a mystery fur labeled as sheared beaver, which differentiates from my seal furs only in the smaller pelt size and the sparser fur. It FEELS and LOOKS very similar, though, so that is a tough one. If I didn’t have a positive ID on my seals, I would be second guessing that. I am guessing that the sheared beaver was a correct ID.
I compared THAT to another coat that was given to me several years ago as sheared mink. They feel very similar, but the mink isn’t as oily and has an uneven pattern (which I realize, could be dyed). I discussed that it could be rabbit, but it’s too dense. Not as dense as the seal fur coats though. So the sheared mink is still a mink :-) It is in better condition than I remember and only worn around the cuffs.
The old mink fur I got for a bargain is definitely old, brittle, mink. I compared it to the soft, supple, flawless mink fur coat that the elderly lady also gave me.
I kinda got screwed on shipping by thinking I bought the brittle mink and the sheared beaver, but the shipping made them cost almost 100, even with combined shipping.
You need to be very careful when buying furs online!
